Our return policy does not allow for any of our medicine products to be returned For safety reasons only. We are not authorised to resend returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will disposal of the products safely.
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the rite to cancel an order up until the point your medication is dispatched. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com
All customers Medical data and order history is completely confidential, These details can only be viewed by our staff and medical doctors. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law.
UK Meds has a written complaints policy and procedures. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them.
To lodge a formal complaint, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Anyone unhappy with the response that UK Meds has made to a formal written complaint should contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
