Order Status:

Declined - Our Doctor has rejected your order - There could be a number of reasons why a doctor has rejected your order, this will be to do with the answers you gave during your initial online consultations or a conflict with the medication your currently taking. Unfortunately we are unable to overturn a doctor’s decision and recommend that you make an appointment to see your own GP as soon as possible.

Processed - Your order has been received and is with the doctor for approval. Our doctors work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and we try our best to have all prescriptions approved by the Doctors within 24 hours of receiving an order.

Approved - Your order has been approved by the doctor and is with our Pharmacy team for dispensing. Express Delivery orders that are signed off and approved by the doctor on our system between Monday to Friday will be dispatched as a priority. Standard delivery orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of approval.

Shipped - Your order has been shipped and your tracking number has been emailed to you so that you are able to track your order.

Backorder - Your item is on back order and will be shipped to you as soon as your item comes back into stock.

On Hold - Our Pharmacist needs more information and will be in touch with you shortly.

Return Policy

Our refund policy does not allow for any medication to be returned or refunded once it has left our premises - this is for safety reasons. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will disposal of the products safely.

If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel an order up until the point your medication is dispatched. You can do this by sending an email to .


All customers Medical data and order history is completely confidential, These details can only be viewed by our staff and medical doctors. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law.

UK Meds has a legal obligation to comply with UK Data Protection legislation. The UK Meds Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy specify how we use confidential patient data.


UK Meds has a written complaints policy and procedures. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them.
