Buy Balneum Plus Bath Oil

You can safely buy Balneum Plus Bath Oil online at UK Meds, without the need for a prescription or consultation with a medical professional, however, you should adhere to the advice given in the patient leaflet enclosed.

Balneum Plus Bath Oil is potent moisturizing bath oil containing active ingredients that are designed to relieve itching of dry skin and leave it feeling softer and smoother.

The bath oil contains lauromacrogols and soya bean oil that work together to improve the symptoms of dry skin. The oil also contains laureth-9, ascorbyl palmitate, propylene glycol, glyceryl stearate citrate, and perfume.

All age groups can use this bath oil as a replacement for the regular soap and cleanser, which are stripping the skin of essential oils. The oil can be used for full immersion in the bath water to soothe and moisturize the entire body and help skin from drying out. It can also be used in the shower.

Balneum Plus Bath Oil contains lauromacrogols, local anaesthetics that help to relieve itching with its anti-pruritic action. The soya bean content of the bath oil helps in hydrating the skin and restoring its suppleness. It works as an emollient by forming tiny droplets in the water and leaving a protective layer on the skin surface that slows down the evaporation of water to help the upper layer of the skin retain more moisture.

Balneum Plus Bath Oil is effective in rehydrating dry skin and brings back its smoothness, softness, and suppleness. When used in the bath or in the shower, the oil leaves the skin of the entire body rehydrated, eliminating the coarseness and roughness of the dry skin.

Follow the information leaflet that comes with the package of the product.

Shake well the bottle of Balneum Plus Bath Oil before using it. Add several drops of the bath oil to warm or lukewarm water as the bath is running. Use the recommended measurements as provided for in the information leaflet. Mix well.

Use the lowest water temperature possible when using the bath oil for pruritus or itching.

Do not use soap with the bath oil. The soap will remove the protective emollient layer of the skin.

If you will use the bath oil in the shower, apply the bath oil evenly over the body without adding any water. The excess oil will be removed under the shower but make sure to not remove all the oils from the skin.

Pat dry the body with a towel after bathing or showering. Rubbing the skin with a towel will remove the protective layer of oil.

Use Balneum Plus Bath Oil as follows:

For a full adult bath – add around 20 ml of bath oil to around 100 litres of bath water. Soak in the bath water for 10 to 20 minutes, but not longer.

For a partial bath in a sink – add around 2.5 ml of bath oil to around 5 litres of water. Gently rub the water over the affected area of the skin.

For a newborn baby or a child bath – add around 5 ml of bath oil to the water and gently sponge over the skin for a few minutes only.

In the case of extremely dry skin, use 2-3 times the amounts recommended above.

Frequency and duration of baths are dependent on the severity of your skin condition. In general, adults should use the bath oil for at least three times a week, or as directed by your doctor. Daily bathing is recommended for children and babies.

For a small and localized dry patch of the skin, there is no need to totally immerse the body in water. You can use only the sink or a bowl for a partial bath using the recommended amounts of bath oil.

Balneum Plus Bath Oil seldom causes any side effects. In the very rare case that the use of this product results in side effects, they include itching, burning, or reddening of the skin. Pustular rash may also occur.

The ingredients of Balneum Plus Bath Oil, particularly soya oil and peanuts, may cause allergic reaction on some individuals. Other ingredients such as benzylbenzoate may cause some irritation to the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.

Balneum Plus Bath Oil must be stored beyond the reach of children. Avoid the bath oil getting into the eyes. In the event of accidental contact with the eye, rinse the bath oil with plenty of water. If the oil is accidentally swallowed, seek medical help immediately.

After bathing with the bath oil, clean the bath or shower with detergent in order to remove oil traces, followed by a rinse of hot water. The bath oil could make the bathroom surfaces slippery. You should be extra careful when you get out of the bath.

Do not use Balneum Plus Bath Oil if you are allergic to peanuts, soya, and other ingredients of the bath oil.

Consult first with your doctor before bathing fully in this bath oil if you have major injuries in your skin, if you acute skin disease, or infectious diseases, hypertension, and cardiac problems.

Balneum Plus Bath Oil is safe for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have any doubts about the use of the bath oil, consult first with your doctor.
