The service as ever was excellent but...

The service as ever was excellent but the only thing that let down was an email that said we have missed you so they offered me 15% off my next oder with a code. But there was no provision to enter the code!!!!!!!!!!! Since I wrote this UK med have sent me an explantion so if ever I have to enter a code I shall no were to put it in section 4.
