UK Meds are very efficient, and the delivery if much better since they’ve switched to using DPD.  I’d rather pay extra for a delivery that actually arrives on time.  (They used to use Evri, which was a disaster - frequently turning up hours late.)

Very happy with result.   A few side effects like loss of appetite and tiredness due to low blood sugar but I lost 2lbs in the first week and weirdly, it's boosted my energy.   Well worth it.

Been using a few months now at first i had sickness as my body was adjusting to how i was eating making sure i was eating healthy i have always drank fizzy drinks and would eat loads of chocolate now I don’t have any i have lost just over 2 stone i have at least a stone and a half to get to a good place i feel better in my self and my family and friends have seen a big difference.
