Why has my order been rejected?

There could be a number of reasons why a doctor has rejected your order, this will be to do with the answers you gave during your initial online consultations or a conflict with the medication your currently taking. Unfortunately we are unable to overturn a doctor’s decision and recommend that you make an appointment to see your own GP as soon as possible.

Why can't I re-order within 30 days?

Some Medications cannot be re-ordered within 30 days of your last prescription. All orders are monitored to ensure these safe guard procedures are met. An order cannot be placed by telephone or online for the same medication within 30 days of the last order. This cannot changed by our agents or pharmacist.

How long does the doctor take to approve my order?

Our doctors work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and we try our best to have all prescriptions approved by the Doctors within 24 hours of receiving an order.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders that are signed off and approved by the doctor on our system are posted out within 24 hours of approval.

Why can't you deliver outside of the UK?

We are unable to deliver medication outside of the UK this is due to laws regarding the shipping of medication to other countries.
