How we work

1. You place your order online at www.ukmeds.co.uk for your selected medication.

2. Your order awaits to be approved by the online doctor, this can take up to 24 hours. (sometimes longer depending on the doctor's diary at the surgery)

3. The order will then be passed to the Pharmacy; where the order will be printed. Once printed you will automatically receive a tracking number;

(this will show as unrecognised on the Royal Mail website until this has been collected by Royal Mail from our warehouse, please note not all orders that are printed on the day will be sent out, as the pharmacy has to perform a number of checks before dispensing the medication ordered)

Please note your order can be marked as shipped but may not leave us until the following day.

4. Once the order is printed this is marked as shipped the order will be shipped once checked by the pharmacist (please note the pharmacist can still decline your order if they feel you are over ordering or abusing the service), once all checks are complete your medication will be sent on the chosen method of delivery, selected at checkout.

(you will be able to track the parcel once this has been collected)

- We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service.

- Your order may not leave us the day the order is marked as "shipped".

- Your order cannot be rushed by customer services.

- You cannot speak to a doctor or pharmacist to dispute their decision.

- You are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed.

- We will cancel your order if we suspect you are abusing the service.

- If it is noticed that duplicate accounts/people at the same addresses are placing orders, we will disable all accounts held.

How can I be sure that the medicine provided is legitimate? Are they exactly like the ones I can get if I bought from a high street pharmacy?

We purchase all medication from the exact same places as your favourite high street pharmacy also uses, we have to use MHRA Regulated wholesale providers. All prescriptions that are bought through a pharmacy whether high street or online can only be bought from a certified and approved distributor.

Is a prescription needed when buying medicine?

A prescription is not required when using our service as we give a private prescription at no extra cost. This consultation process is assessed by our prescriber who then, will release a personal prescription if he/she finds the medication suitable for your needs.

I have an existing prescription, can I use it?

As of the moment, we don’t accept existing prescriptions or personal prescriptions because we have a free consultation service of our own. Our prescribers will be the one to release a personal prescription to the qualified patients. This consultation process is free of charge.

How discreet is the packaging?

Our packaging is certainly discreet as we use an ordinary packaging that does not have any labels or branding.

Can I expect confidentiality of service?

All medical information and order accounts are entirely confidential and can only be accessed by our medical doctors and staff.

When it comes to my bank statement, what name will appear?

On your bank statement, your payment will be reflected as UK Meds or UKMeds.co.uk.

What payment methods are accepted?

Any major credit cards are accepted including Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and any debit cards.

Will my GP know of my treatment from your service?

After making an order, you have a choice whether to put in your GP’s information or not. While it is advised that you always keep your physician updated about your medication, we will not tell your GP any information unless you tell us to.

What should I do if I need help for side effects or other concerns after treatment?

If you feel side effects due to the medicine, it is advised that you seek for your doctor’s or the UK Meds’s help especially when it is serious. For grave side effects, contact 999, if not; dial the NHS emergency service hotline at 111.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We only provide delivery to the United Kingdom.

Do you deliver to USA?

We do not accept orders or ship to the US.

What are your delivery times to Scottish Highland or the Channel Islands?

Shipment to the Scottish Highlands as well as the British Isles can possibly take more than one day and is not guaranteed.
