This inhaler is not suitable for patients 12 years and below. This medicine is used for the maintenance treatment of asthma, COPD, and is not intended to cure acute or severe COPD or asthma attacks.

    There is no medical data pointing to the availability for use of the Seretide inhaler for children aged 4 years and below with COPD or Asthma.

    Seretide Accuhaler is available in three variants with dosage:

    - 50 microgram/100 microgram
    - 50 microgram/250 microgram
    - 50 microgram/500 microgram

    The Seretide inhaler comes pre-dispensed. It comes in a molded plastic inhaler with a foil strip with 28-60 blister packs. Each inhaled dose contains approximately 47 mcg of Salmeterol Xinafoate, and 460 mcg of fluticasone propionate. This inhaled dose corresponds to a dose of predipensed 50 mcg of fluticasone propionate. Furthermore, each inhaled dose comes with approximately 12.5 mg of Monohydrate lactose.
